"I also think the line between opinion and Dell TOS (terms of service) is very thin when it might involve endorsing or recommending something that might lead (it is a good scanner, but not a means to an end) alot of people into thinking they can fix things with that, just a few programs by themselves, when they have no idea what their doing.
